General Information:

  • Location: Remote, On-site

Job Duties:

    The main duties of the Supply Chain Assistant are to manage the orders fulfillment process, including purchasing and tracking orders, following up on delivery status, and resolving any issues that may arise.

  • You will interact with various online stores, including large ones such as Amazon and eBay, as well as smaller, highly specialized stores.
  • Your task is purchasing various goods and services, which can range from various electronic devices (e.g. laptops) to various industrial products (e.g. welding machines) depending on the company's needs.
  • You will coordinate orders with vendors, suppliers, and other departments to ensure timely delivery of goods and services, as well as other operational tasks related to the supply chain.
  • They will also be responsible for compiling and maintaining records, making reports

Job Activities:

    A typical day for a Supply Chain Assistant typically begins with reviewing open orders and tracking shipments from suppliers. Throughout the day, the head manager will assign new tasks for ordering items. This may take anywhere from 10-40 minutes, depending on the complexity of the task, which may include researching the market for the best product prices and delivery times.

    Working in a rapidly changing environment, the Supply Chain Assistant must make necessary adjustments to product quantities, shipping addresses, and more. Additionally, Supply Chain Assistant must communicate with vendors to ensure that orders are accurate and that any delays are communicated.

Job Duties:

    The main duties of the Finance Manager include.

  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the company, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and financial reporting.
  • Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's goals and objectives, including long-term financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, identify trends, and make recommendations to improve financial results.
